Exchanges: Simply purchase the item you are wanting in a new order before it sells out! Send your unwanted item back within 20 days to receive a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). All unwanted items must be post marked within 20 (twenty) days of the date you receive your shipment; no exceptions will be made. *Please see exceptions below.

Returns: You have 20 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). Returns must be received in original, unused condition with a copy of the original invoice. If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving a refund. *Please see exceptions below.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damaged, in which case we ask that you please contact us immediately. If an item is received after the 20-day policy, or we find signs of wear or damage, the package will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. 

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items: There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable/exchangeable:

  • Clearance Items
  • Final Sale Items such as, jewelry, bralettes/bras, hair accessories/hats, undergarments, socks and eyewear. Due to hygienic purposes, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items.
  • Items returned that are over the 20 business days allotted.
  • Custom items such as, graphic tees, personalized mugs and monogrammed jewelry.
